Melissa is proud to own Pilates Plus and believes that the teachers and atmosphere make the difference. You will get the perfect teacher for what you need! Whether classical, contemporary or clinical styles we all know how to keep your body safe.
Kristie discovered pilates after she fractured her hip while serving in the U.S. Navy. She was amazed how quickly her entire body start to change. Her strength, flexibility and stability all improved exponentially. She then became a STOTT certified instructor.
Brittney loves being active and currently teaches yoga and pilates. She’s always moving and learning. Pilates makes her feel strong on the inside and she loves being a part of seeing people make progress. Brittney loves working with athletes to help with their strength and conditioning. Erin Coyne Kammerzell is a nationally certified Pilates Instructor. She has been teaching Pilates for 21 years. Erin has a BA in International Studies from CU and has both a Polestar and Stott Pilates certification. She lives in Denver with her husband of 26 years, and her son who is a senior in high school.
